This Indonesian Opalized Wood is hand carved and polished by me to fit this 925 silver pendant. This beautiful rare blue stone was created over thousands of years and began with a volcanic eruption which lead to the burning of a forest surrounding a volcano in Indonesia. Overtime, the forests lava floor has been replaced with water that contained high mineral content in which seeped into the remaining trees and replaced the organic material with silica and other elements - finally forming this beautiful stone.
