This cabochon is hand carved by myself from raw Hackmanite - the stone is from Afghanistan and I bought raw straight from the miner! Hackmanite is a type of fluorescent Sodalite and can come in a variety of colours - this one is purple and glows pink under black light! This one has a little rough bit on the front top corner towards the bezel - I couldn't carve it away without compromising this beautiful shape. This one is super fluorescent and drastically changes colour in the sun after being inside for awhile!
