This Lepidolite with blue Albite (Cleavelandite) has been hand carved by me to fit onto this hair clip!
This stone originates from Australia, though it can be found in many locations, primarily in Pegmatites. Cleavelandite is a type of Albite, and I love the way that it mixes around and contrasts with the Lepidolite.
In order to keep the longevity of this clip, I would suggest not wearing it in water or in wet hair!
The stone is epoxied onto the hair clip which is 2.16" x 0.59" (5.5 x 1.5 cm) and is made of Rhodium.
