Chose your own Indonesian wood opal cabochon! Each one is super unique and has a different personality than the next. All are hand carved by me, the stone is mined in Indonesia. This beautiful rare blue stone was created over thousands of years and began with a volcanic eruption which lead to the burning of a forest surrounding a volcano in Indonesia. Overtime, the forests lava floor has been replaced with water that contained high mineral content in which seeped into the remaining trees and replaced the organic material with silica and other elements - finally forming this beautiful stone.
