This Ussingite has been hand carved by me to fit onto this hair clip!
This stone originates from Russia, though it can be found in a few other locations, usually within Syenite Pegmatites and Sodalite bearing Xenoliths (which is why some Ussingite might have fluorescence in it - it is from possible fluorescent sodalite inclusions, called Hackmanite - Ussingite itself is not fluorescent). In order to keep the longevity of this clip, I would suggest not wearing it in water or in wet hair!
The stone is epoxied onto the hair clip which is 2.16" x 0.59" (5.5 x 1.5 cm) and is made of Rhodium.
