This Rhodonite has been hand carved by me to fit onto this hair clip!
This stone originates from Saltspring island, here in BC! I always have trouble finding this stone and was super excited to find some slabs at a recent rock and gem show. I particularly love this locale because it has sparkly bits and reminds me of Neapolitan ice cream! There is even specks of Pyrite in it that glitters when moved around! Super cool.
I have had many people from fine, thin, curly, and thick hair say the clip holds very well! I personally have fine and thin hair, and love that has stayed put in comparison to many others I have tried over the years.
In order to keep the longevity of this clip, I would suggest not wearing it in water or in wet hair!
The stone is epoxied onto the hair clip which is 2.16" x 0.59" (5.5 x 1.5 cm) and is made of Rhodium.
