I carved this flashy Belomorite to fit this 925 silver bezel.
Belomorite is a trade name for the Moonstone that is specifically found in the White Sea area - Beloe More in Russian. (mindat.org)
Much like Labradorite (another variety of feldspar) this stone needs to be cut and carved on a particular axis to expose this flash. I gave it just the right amount of height to show off that beautiful blue!
